Butler Consultants started trading in May 2007 based on the concept of supporting hospitality and catering companies raise operational standards while reducing operating costs.
The founder of the company is Michael Butler and he has had many years experience working in operations at a Senior Management Level for many well known large corporate brands and organisations.
While working as a consultant for House of Fraser Michael came up with the idea of Intravici which is a web based application that can be used as an operational audit management tool to help senior managers with multiple locations identify if a Unit Manager is delivering operational standards such as Brand Standards, Health and Safety, Human Resource audits and other company standards of practice (SOPs) without the use of printed paper.
For over two and half years Butler Consultants has formed a working partnership with an Indian Software company and in 2010 Michael visited Pune and Mumbai to take that relationship further and to create a partnership to develop and create hospitality software and offer Consultancy both to the UK market and Indian market.
Since 2007 Butler Consultants has been engaged to consult for operational standards for some high profile food service companies. Our goal has remained the same which is to help the service sector raise operating standards while cutting costs using a combination of consultancy and technology.
